This Moment — A Haiku

My stomach flutters
Each moment embraced as new
So much gratitude

This poem stems from a conversation I had with a friend of mine that made me think about my 2-year-old niece who, at this stage of her life, and in almost every moment, is experiencing something new. So the butterflies in the stomach are for the excitement that comes along with new experiences. Here's to being intentional about going into the next moment with a fresh heart and mind so that we can be fully present and learn something new!

What will you learn today by being open to not knowing? Please share in the comments I'd love to learn with you!
